Who Is This For?
Therapeutic support is intended for people who are going through a difficult period, who wish to better understand certain relational or emotional patterns, or who simply feel the need to pause and reflect.
Situations vary widely: anxiety, mental overload, relationship difficulties, periods of transition, emotional exhaustion, or the repetition of certain patterns.
Each therapeutic process is adapted to the person’s needs and pace.
Adults
Teenagers
Adolescence is a period of significant transformation. Young people may encounter difficulties related to anxiety, self-image, relationships, or challenges within family or school environments.
A space for dialogue can help them express what feels difficult and find resources to navigate these moments.
Couples

In couple relationships, some conflicts can become repetitive and develop into cycles that are difficult to break.
Couples therapy helps identify these dynamics, understand each partner’s needs, and rebuild a calmer and more constructive form of communication.
LGBT+
Some people seek therapy specifically around questions related to identity, sexual orientation, gender expression, or the everyday experience of being LGBT+.
Sometimes the difficulty is direct (coming out, family relationships, rejection, isolation, discrimination).
At other times, it is more diffuse: shame, hyper-control, social anxiety, a sense of being different, or relational and intimate difficulties.
The goal is not to “fit you into a box.”
It is to create a space where your experience is taken seriously, where what weighs on you can be explored, and where you can regain a more sustainable emotional and relational stability.
